By accessing and using GeoSpy AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

GeoSpy AI provides AI-powered photo location estimation services. Our service analyzes visual elements in photos to estimate the geographic location where the photo may have been taken.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use GeoSpy AI for:

• Stalking, harassment, or tracking individuals
• Any illegal surveillance activities
• Violating anyone's privacy rights
• Any purpose that violates applicable laws
• Uploading illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content

4. Subscription & Payments

• Subscriptions are billed on the cycle selected (weekly or annually) and renew automatically until cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy (30-day money-back guarantee on initial purchases)
• Prices may change with 30 days notice sent to your registered email

4a. Payment Processing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

5. Access Requirements

GeoSpy AI requires a paid Premium subscription to access photo analysis features. All analyses require an active subscription plan (weekly or yearly).

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of photos you upload. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for location estimation purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

GeoSpy AI is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including inaccurate location estimates.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
