3. Response times
Of the periods below, the first two are the Seller’s own undertakings; the last is set by legislation and its source is cited against it:
- General requests: within twenty working days — the Seller’s own undertaking, not a period laid down by legislation.
- Refunds: sent to the bank within fourteen days of the decision to refund — the Seller’s own undertaking.
- Personal data applications: within thirty days (Article 13/2 of Law No. 6698).
4. Complaints and disputes
If a matter cannot be resolved with us, you may apply — within the monetary thresholds announced each year by the Ministry of Trade — to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or the Consumer Court at your place of residence.
Complaints can also be submitted through the Ministry of Trade’s consumer complaint system, accessible with e-Devlet credentials.
