We offer a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked.
1. Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 30 days of your subscription start date. This applies to all subscription plans (weekly and yearly).
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at:

- Include your account email and the reason for the refund (optional)
We will process your refund within 5–10 business days and notify you by email.
3. Renewals
Refunds are not issued for subscription renewals unless requested within 7 days of the renewal charge. To avoid future charges, cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund. Please submit a refund request separately if you are within the 30-day window.
5. Exceptions
Refunds may be declined if:
- The account has been suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service
- The refund request is made after the 30-day window (for initial purchases)
- Fraudulent activity is detected
